Very accurate. I check & plan my sails around the info.

I was wedded to WindGuru for sailing on Chesapeake and Biscayne Bays, but that app went south. SailFlow is far, far better, more informative and a snap to use.
This is my go-to app for both casual sailing and racing.
Just wish it was available in mobile app.
Highly reliable and forecasts are accurate. A must have for day sailors. Graphs and charts are well laid out. Great app.
As a sailor it is important to keep track of the wind. Sail flow does a wonderful job of this. In most cases the predicted wind direction and force are relatively accurate. I would recommend it to anyone planning a sailing trip.
Sailflow precision in weather reporting and wind velocity is invaluable as trip planning tool.
I have been using sail flow (the free features) on a recent sailing trip to the gulf and San Juan islands and the app has been very useful in understanding the current and forecasted weather patterns. What I see in the app match with current weather as well as recent forecasts. This isnt a substitution for other sources of weather information like the weather radio channels and what you can actually see and feel but it is a great companion. My fav way of using it is to put it in the ‘forecast maps view’ and zoom out to see the area covering my planned route. The ability to fast forward in time and see how the forecast changes is invaluable.
This is the best wind forecast program out there! Beats any of them out there. As far as wind direction and speeds its right on beats noaa forecasts every time.
I race a 26" sailboat in a place with weather forecast challenges, but Sail Flow is superior to any other weather service Ive found for wind, so I check regularly. Never perfect, but what is? Im also a fan of the historic graph so we can get a pretty good picture of what changes were happening during a race. I can learn a lot from that.
The Great Lakes often create their own "micro-weather" and its awesome to stay up to the minute with Sail Flow. Never leave port without it.
We have hills and usually poor weather reports that left me expecting mediocre predictions for our lake winds. However, 24 hour forecast has been spot on and 48 is usually close. Allows me to plan my sail.
Overall this app is pretty good. But it rarely matches the online numbers. Im guessing there must be a lot of time between data updates.
This app makes sailing so much more enjoyable. Knowing when the optimal sailing conditions will be you can make informed decisions on whether it not to sail and when. As we all have experienced, heading out only to find little to no wind on a given day is frustrating. This app eliminates that for this sailor as I know when to head to the boat and when to stay home.
When planning my fishing trips on Lake Superior, I know longer even check marine forecasts or wave height predictions. SailFlow has proven to be the most reliable. If the winds are manageable, most likely we can fish.
Accurate and easy to use
One of the best forecasting tools for wind and wave. Always look at it before heading up to the Channel Islands in Southern California
One comprehensive source of weather data essential to a sailing/boating enthusiast. Nothing is missing, considering the variances expected in weather forecasting. The data is not always accurate, but that is weather forecasting for you.
I used this app all the way in Pohang, South Korea... Impressed that they have reliable sensors all the way out there for snailors like me!
I use it to know if its worth taking the time to drive to the marina.
